This dreamy eye mandala was created in 2021 as I began to refine my line work practice, while blending with my fluid movements and intuitive styles. The entity that was born feels wise, kind, and all-knowing. Eyes are the gateway to the soul - a way for us as humans to resonate with one another.
As I create these mandalas, I think back to old stories from the bible of what angels looked like. Ophanim (אוֹפַנִּים) were the guardians of God, many-eyed wheels of spirit. I see these being sometimes in my sleep, or in psychedelic experiences. I am grateful to share these beings with you.
